Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks before shipping. Delivery time after that varies by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can you ship as a gift to someone else?
Yes! Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
Returns
How do I return an item?
All of our items are handmade and/or personalized to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at primleystudios@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We're not able to offer exchanges since each item is made to order. If there's an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged in transit, etc. — reach out to primleystudios@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
What if I make a typo in my personalization?
Reach out to us at primleystudios@gmail.com as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, we can usually fix it — but once an item is in production, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since most items are made to order, we recommend contacting us at primleystudios@gmail.com right away if you need to cancel or change something. We can't guarantee changes once production has started.
Do you offer rush processing?
Need your order faster? Rush processing is available for an additional fee — contact us at primleystudios@gmail.com before placing your order to arrange it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! Most of our designs are restocked regularly. If something you want is sold out, check back soon or follow us for restock announcements.
