At Primley Studios, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products tailored specifically to each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds & No Returns
- Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including design specifications, colors, and sizes, before submitting their order.
Exceptions
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective due to an error on our part. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description of the issue, and we will assess the situation.
