Most items are handmade and/or personalized to order and require 3–5 business days to process before they ship. During busy seasons (holidays, back-to-school), processing may take a little longer — we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, transit time is outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at primleystudios@gmail.com and we'll try to help track it down.
